The Project Planta Alta has started in 2007 with the major goal to became a micro cultural platform for the emergent’s artist in Paraguay, we offer a unique space from an old house from 1910 in Asunción downtown.
After one year and a half the project has reach the sustainability thought a participative progress with local artist. This contributions were gradually transformed the old house that was condemned to the forgiveness into a space of entertainment and leisure from a 100% private initiative.
Inside the gallery we have a bar and coffee shop at the beginning where planned for a new public, but now different types of groups that interacts with their needs of other esthetics preferences that were difficult to find in Asunción. However young’s and adults are integrated in different and charming and creative art proposals besides the collective projects offering and stylish scenery between with the artist encounter.
The interdisciplinarity emerge of the large number of proposals that arrives to PA from performance, video art, sculptures, paintings, photography, mixed media, objects and design.
